Locarno Film Festival
The Locarno Film Festival is an annual film festival held in Locarno, Switzerland. Established in 1946, it is one of the longest-running film festivals in the world. Throughout its history, the Locarno Film Festival has gained recognition for its prestigious awards, including the Golden Leopard, which is the festival's highest honor. The Festival plays a significant role in celebrating independent filmmaking and contributing to the global film landscape. In making these posters, I was inspired by the Festival's use of a minimal color palette, as well as the award of the "Golden Leopard".
